The Alpha Ruby™ (Natural Gas Version)
Designed as a Nano Brewery / Pilot Brewery, this system features 45 Gallon Kettles and will brew a true 1 bbl (31 gallon) batch. Featuring two stainless pumps and all 1.5" tri-clover connections, this brewery has found it's niche as an economical option for both brew pubs and garage fanatics.

-Silicone hoses with fittings included (7' x 1/2" outflow hose will fill conicals on tall legs)
-Mash Tun includes 16 gauge perforated false bottom, and 1/2" stainless steel dip tube
-Boil kettle includes a domed screen and 1/2" stainless steel dip tube
-All legs feature non-surface marring plastic feet
-Includes complete owners manual with operating instructions and warranty

Defective Product: Please call us within 15 days of purchase. If the item you purchased is deemed defective, you will need to return the product to us for a full refund.

For All In-Stock Items: If your order gets to us prior to 2:00 PM EST on a business day, we will ship your order the same day. Any orders received after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

Out of Stock Items: If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email within 24 hours of your purchase. We will let you know the estimated shipping date.

Advance Orders: We will occasionally have items posted on our website with a statement that we are taking advance orders on these items. We will post an estimated date of arrival of this item and will update on our website if this date changes. We will notify you via email if this date changes after you have ordered an item. If you need to change the status of your order, you are free to do so at any time.
