Any item purchased within 90 days is elidgeable for a 100% refund as long as it is in same condition as when purchased.

Defective Product: Please call us within 15 days of purchase. If the item you purchased is deemed defective, you will need to return the product to us for a full refund.

Shipping Rates: We use a variety of shipping methods calculated to give you the least expensive shipping costs possible.

Items not included "Free Ship Over $100" offer: Wine Kits, Glass, 50/55 Pound bags of Grain, and other large items that require freight shipping. Actual shipping rates apply to these items.

For All In-Stock Items: If your order gets to us prior to 2:00 PM EST on a business day, we will ship your order the same day. Any orders received after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

Out of Stock Items: If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email within 24 hours of your purchase. We will let you know the estimated shipping date.

Advance Orders: We will occasionally have items posted on our website with a statement that we are taking advance orders on these items. We will post an estimated date of arrival of this item and will update on our website if this date changes. We will notify you via email if this date changes after you have ordered an item. If you need to change the status of your order, you are free to do so at any time.
