Author Katherine Mowbray has been presenting home cheese making courses in New Zealand for the past 17 years. Her classes are fun, practical and concise and have inspired people from all walks of life. She loves promoting and educating the public about the different qualities of milk and home made cheeses so that people have the confidence to make their own milk delicacies.

Katherine believes that it is important to keep this ancient art of cheese making alive and well and in people's hands today.

Originally from Africa, Katherine has a Diploma in Agriculture from Seale Hayne in Devon. Her involvement in milk production in England led to her interest in making cheese and other products from cows, sheep and goats.
