Bypasses the thermostat in any refrigerator or freezer. Simply plug the refrigerator into the thermostat and then plug the thermostat into the wall, then unwind the temperature probe and secure it somewhere inside the refrigerator. Just turn the dial on the thermostat to adjust your refrigerator or freezer from 20 - 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
